Nectar - Organic Feminine Cleanser:

Step 1: Shake well before each use.

Insert - Boric Acid Vaginal Suppository:

Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

Step 2: Insert one suppository into the vagina before bedtime. Use as directed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Step 3: For best results, use as part of your nighttime routine.

Soothe - Vaginal Sitz Bath:

Step 1: Prepare a warm bath in your bathtub.

Step 2: Add the contents of one Soothe packet to the bathwater.

Step 3: Immerse yourself in the soothing bath for the recommended time (as indicated on the product packaging).

Step 4: Pat dry with a clean towel.

When using in a bathtub, you will need more soak because you’ll be using a lot more water and soaking your entire body. When using a Sitz bath, you only need a little bit of soak since you’re only soaking your vaginal area which does not need much water.
